The "2008" Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the GCBT will be held at
the Waterloo Memorial Recreation Centre on Wednesday, January 29,
2009, starting at 7 p.m. sharp. It is hoped that the meeting will
conclude by 9:30 p.m. at the latest.

Refreshments will be served.

As you may or may not know, only ride leaders are permitted to vote at
the Annual General Meeting. However, the first item of business at the
meeting will be a vote on an amendment to the club's by-laws to extend
to right to vote to all dues-paying members of the club, with
immediate effect. If you are a member of the club but are not a ride
leader, then please consider attending this meeting.

At this AGM, the Board positions of Treasurer, Director of Marketing,
and Directing of Touring are up for election.
