Merrylands Rams play in the Parramatta District Competition and is going into the First Division Competition in C Grade. We are looking to bolster the squad with quality players who have First Division experience or either played representative level as the standard is very high within this competition. C Grade is a under 19s age group and is very competitive. There are chance's of players progressing to representative levels depending on commitment and dedication to training.

Revamped Sharks search for talent - In 2009 the Fitzroy Gracemere Sharks in Rockhampton will adopt an all new revamped look with new coaching staff and executive committee. Tony Wust has taken over the position of president while life member and club stalwart Bruce Brymer returns as secretary. 2005 Sharks player of the year Ryan Wilson has been appointed Treasurer after a premature end to his playing career due to injury in 2006.
