Great Britain captain Jamie Peacock will make his first apearance in a Leeds shirt when the Rhinos face Harlequins at Headingley Carnegie Stadium on Sunday.
Leeds head coach Tony Smith inends to field a full-strength side in the Rhinos' final pre-season game before Super League XI kicks off on February 10.
Peacock - who left Leeds' fierce local rivals Bradford for Headingley in the close season - was a second rower with the Bulls but will play at prop against Quins.
His fellow internationals Kevin Sinfield, Keith Senior, Gareth Ellis, Rob Burrow, Chev Walker and Ali Lauitiiti will also be making their first appearances since the autumn's Tri-Nations Series.
"This is a chance for us to step up our preparations for the start of the season," said Smith.
"The players who have not played yet, particularly Jamie Peacock, are desperate to get a game under their belt."

By Peter Jessup
The deal to keep Brian "Bluey" McClennan as Kiwis coach through to the next World Cup in 2008 comes down to lawyers arguing over the meaning of words and clauses.
NZRL chairman Selwyn Pearson and McClennan met yesterday.
Pearson was adamant the NZ Rugby League wanted McClennan to carry on for the foreseeable future.
McClennan said he was keen "to get something worked out".
There is only one non-negotiable point: the Kiwis coach must live in New Zealand.
"I love living here anyway," was McClennan's response. "You've got to live in New Zealand [to do the job properly]."
Pearson acknowledged that the unknown factor was big-money approaches from the NRL and Super League.
"I would love Brian to continue through with the success he has achieved but we cannot predict what might happen and we would not want to stand in his way."
The contract negotiations came down to "little things", Pearson said, a point endorsed by McClennan.
"Discussions are amicable but we want to make sure everything is right," Pearson said.
The transtasman test on May 5 has been confirmed for Brisbane's Suncorp Stadium, where a full house of 45,000 seems assured following the Kiwis' Tri-Nations win against the Kangaroos.
"The Aussies used to think their team only had to run out and they'd win," Pearson said.
"Now they need that vocal support."

"I believe all clubs and coaches at all levels should have a copy of RLCM Books as a coaching resource" Wayne Bennett - Brisbane Broncos
Mental Toughness Without The Mental.
With Steve Anderson
Continued from Wednesday
Steve adds that if the player can't do small things like fill out a diary, set himself targets, or correct errors that his diary makes evident, there is no way he is going to follow one full season's instruction or come through those tough game situations.
"He's not going to do it because the preparation is not there."
Steve concedes that some of the elite players probably won't be filling out a diary because they are there.
They have disciplines from years of hard preparation already. They have been through that system.
However, the young recruit doesn't escape.
Steve says, "If he's not committed to doing the little things in his game, to me that equates to a fundamental error. If he can't complete all his disciplines through his week, you're talking fundamental error in his game."
