RLCM could make a difference to the coaching at your club?
This RLCM Coaching extract is from eBook 20
The more that they push the wider they become.
Extract from RLCM Book 20 with Tony Smith Leeds Head Coach
"Once they have been put on their back, they must get on to their chest or front first, it sounds silly but some players will try to get up from their back to their feet. That is the slowest way that you can get up.
"When on their back you often see players pushing out, trying to force the opposition players away from them, but the more that they push the wider they become and give the opposition big levers (arms) to control, thus they are more vulnerable to being held down by holding their shoulders with downward pressure.
"If the player can make himself tighter and can get into a little ball on his shoulders, and spin, then he is more likely to be able to turn over onto his front. His power to spin comes from keeping his feet on the ground". Said Smith
This is one small extract, from a feature article in RLCM eBook 20.

IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT COACHING YOUR CLUB SHOULD HAVE RLCM BOOKS.
VIDEO ANALYSIS - Don't be left behind in 2004.
Is your coach using video recorders and the remote control to analysise player performance?
Don't wait until the season starts to ask questions, get your CEO to do it now.
Enquire about the new analysis system that Rugby League clubs in the northern and southern hemispheres have been purchasing since mid 2003 and tutoring their coaching staff in preparation for the coming season.

Sports Performer Video Analysis System
Professional clubs and their coaches have been using analysis systems for some years, these systems have been expensive.
Others have information supplied through an analysis consultants, invariably either alot of irrelevant or not specific details. This method is also expensive.
Sports Performer is the the 'new kid on the block' it is affordable and an uncomplicated analysis system.
The technology and development of Sports Performer is ongoing. The system is developed by Rugby League coaches and is specific to the our game.
