I play for an u-15 girls team and I play defense mostly and sometimes
keeper. Are you allowed to bring your arms up to cover your stomach
or solar-plexus area when like you are forming a wall during a
penalty kick or anything? I have had many occasions of getting
drilled in the stomach with the ball and I hate it! I was also
wondering if that seems to happen more in girls soccer than boys
soccer? Like a strngth difference or something. I work out and have
good abs, but when I get drilled with the ball I go down. Thanks-
