Hey there. The things that you are doing is good, but there are other factors
that add to calf cramps. One is the type of shoes you are wearing. Do they
fit properly in all areas? The other is that you may need to think about
sodium. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT go out and take salt tablets, but you may
need to talk to a doctor or someone about this. Athletic trainers often give
athletes with severe cramps a sodium solution. Do you cut salt out of your
diet? If so you may need just a little. While too much salt is bad for you,
at your age, and being as athletic as yuo seem, you should definitley have a
little bit of salt in your diet. I definitley think you should see a doctor,
or atheltic trainer since you are repeatedly getting these cramps. Let me
know how things work out! Good luck!
