Suggestions off the top of my head:

Some other websites:
FineSoccer.com - also has several newsletters
SoccerRom.com - This site is $34.95 per year but is worth every penny to me.
It has hundreds of drills professionally presented and searchable by topic,
skill level, etc. There are also plan libraries for different topics.

Books:
Go to the library or book store and look at some basic books. The Dummies
book is good.

Watch games on TV or local HS or college

See if there is training given locally for coaches.
My program will cover the small cost of a one or two day program. Talk to
other coaches and see where they learned.

Make a plan. Don't try to wing it at practice.

Let me know what age group you are working and I can suggest something more
specific.
