As landocrat I will be making the decision about where the horses are camped, and everyone can be assured that I will be inspecting all the potential horse camping sites personally to determine the best one. I have camped with horses for many years so I know what to look for in a good site. If anyone has any particular concerns I would appreciate if they would contact me so that I can address them. Water will not be an issue wherever we camp. I have a way to transport several hundred gallons of water to the campsite and store it if we need it.

The people on event staff as "public works" would bring the barrels of water on a trailer after filling them with a hose. So no charge, unless you just want to give them a tip or something.
The stumps will be taken care of. A bulldozer can push them up and then compact the ground, or we will get a stump grinder. Any assistance in removing them during a work weekend would be appreciated, not just pointing out what is ovbious and what has been taken into consideration. If we cannot get it cleared, we will camp elsewhere.
