Reinmar and I will be there with Mira and Skye and our games equipment.
I vote for doing our riding before noon and after 5:00 (which would probably interfere with feast). We can be there fairly early Friday to set up much of the equipment that evening as long as we know where it needs to go (i.e., IKEqC formation or plans for a challenge course or whatever).
It would be good for someone to plan something showy and interesting that can be worked into the overall event schedule such that we can draw a decent-sized audience. Then we can do other stuff for our own fun the rest of the time we feel like riding. The non-morning-people may shoot me down, but that period starting around breakfast and going through armor inspection is generally not too busy -- since our field is across from the feast hall, we could provide the breakfast time entertainment.
I'll be happy to run IKEqC or help someone else put together a challenge course, but I'm not particularly good at coming up with really interesting-to-watch competitions....particularly for a French-themed event.
