It's an SCA event in Conway, AR.  (Aphar Faire August 7-9, 2009 Conway, AR)  It's a wonderful site for horses with camping or RV/Trailer hookups.  The barn isn't great - slate looking rock in the stalls?? -, but they have small round pens by the campsites to keep horses in.  The Shire of Lagerdam is great to us equestrians!  Here's the web site with flyer   http://www.lagerdamm.org/events/2009_Aphar_Faire.htm
