Since the consent posted solely states SCA, does the landowner need a seperate
consent form?
I know Arkansas Statue 16-120-201 & 202 require that signs stating
"WARNING
Under Arkansas law, an equine activity sponsor is not liable for an injury to,
or the death of, a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent
risk of equine activities."
there is also an exemption where the land owner must adequately convey any KNOWN
hazards to the riders, ie if you was to practice here i would have to tell you
about the post hole i fell into tonight.(btw it is getting filled in the
morning) but would i need a seperate form to hold a pratice here?
