Friesian Mare !!!!!!

Somebody save me !!!!
Okay, here's the deal........ for those that are familiar with the Friesian breed, then I'll bet you know who Xena is. For those that don't, she is an absolutely GEORGOUS Friesian mare, I think she's 9 years old, easily 16.2 to 17 hands, perfection in conformation, and a real doll to handle.
This mare has been caught in the middle of a nasty divorce and sale situation, and is now in Arkansas, at my vet's place. She is now available for purchase !
Now the down side - he didn't get her papers. Now those that know, are aware that this is easily a $100,000 mare. Doc only wants the boarding and care bill paid.  ($4,000)
Someone PLEASE get this mare before I do !!!! She's calling to me and the last thing I need is another horse, although I'd REALLY love to strut around on one of the best bred friesians in the country :-)

Ok, I've uploaded files to our group files section from other kingdoms.  These other kingdom equestrian rules have already be passed by the SEO and the respective kingdom which is why I have posted them to our group. 
 
Whoever wants input on Gleann Abhann's equestrian handbook needs to look these files over and look at our Kingdom's Marshals Handbook and Live Weapons handbook to make sure we are inline with GA's processes and Society's equestrian regulations.
 
I need your input and responses by March 31.
