Hey Neal,
You have to take that up with Kat Tucker, drover for Kings Arrow Ranch (KAR). Now, as KEO, I have no problem with it as I have brought my donkey to events in GA, but never KAR. Actually, my donkey was, at one time, a deputy Hearld for our shire with his own hearld's tabard. :)
