You are right, it is probibly one of the coolest sites I have ever seen.  I went back in August and got the grand tour and was very impressed.  I think that there is the potential to hold an event of near Gulf Wars size there. 

 

Unfortunately when I got the price quote from Ms. Bette it was too high for the site to be a feasable option (about $5,500 for the weekend.)  I am trying to get someone from the Barony to come with me back out there to look at it and possibly negotiate a little on the price and come to a compromise.
