Re: [GleannAbhannEquestrian] Free to good home

Hi, I can not currently take a horse but I have let my parents and Viscountess Brenna know about him. Her mother does Dressage and loves horses.

I'll let you know if i hear anything

Ok, about a year ago, I gave a chestnut Saddlebred gelding to a friend of mine. Now, she has come to the conclusion that she can no longer afford him. So I am offering him free to good home. He is about 10 years old and about 15.2 hands. He is trained 2nd level Dressage and is a trick horse. He will lie down, sit, piaffe, spanish walk, rear, and several other things. He is kind of a nervous horse, but not mean or stupid. He needs a good home with a gentle, calm owner that will take some time with him. He is a horse that needs to bond with a rider. I have some pics of him, but they do not reflect his current condition, I have not seen him recently, and according to the person who has him, he is underweight and in need of a farrier. He is located in Shreveport, LA and I can give contact info for anyone interested to schedule an appointment to see him.

On the morning they left
we said goodbye
filled with sadness
for the absence to come.

Inside the palanquins
on the camels' backs
I saw their faces beautiful as moons
behind veils of golden cloth.

Beneath the veils
tears crept like scorpions
over the fragrant roses
of their cheeks.

These scorpions do not harm
the cheek they mark.
They save their sting
for the heart of the sorrowful lover.
