We talked with the autocrat, and she said that for Newbie Collegium (in Jan/Feb) she could try to get the nearby rodeo grounds for the event. It is only a 1-day event, but is usually well attended. I have not seen them, and do not know if there are stalls there, but there would be an arena, and I would think that we could put horses in the pens used for holding bucking stock and such. Thats a long way away though.
