Thank you for wanting to include equestrians at your event.  I'm sure we can get something going.  I will poll the equestrians in our fair kingdom to see who would be interested in attending an equestrian event.  I'm sure we would have at least 3 riders to bring horses, maybe more riders - if we supply loaner horses. 

Since the additional insurance rider has to be obtained at least 30 days prior to the event, I will immediately start seeing what we can pull together.  Could you please let me know more about the site, its location and/or send me pictures?  I have an equestrian near Hot Springs and she could check over the site to see what we would need.
