Welcome to Get On Your Mark’s cycling GROUP website.

GetOnYourMARK is a coaching company owned by USA Cycling Coach Shelley Marenka Smail. We would like to invite you to be a part of what we love to do-RIDE OUR BIKES!

At Get On Your MARK we offer complete coaching programs, training schedules, and nutrition solutions. We also have group rides, individual & group coaching, on-line training schedules, and performance testing available.

This cycling forum/membership allows YOU to communicate with the other members & stay tuned to events.

When you join our group you'll receive periodic emails and newsletters with nutrition and training information to keep you informed. Discounts on nutritional products and cycling equipment are also available and offered thru GOYM partners and sponsors.
