Ummm.....wrong weekend dude. I was here, in town, ready to go
Saturday and Sunday. I ran from the store on Saturday and to go a
step further, I got up in time to run at 6 on Sunday. Unfortunately,
Noah came by and asked if he could borrow my chihuahua. I told him
no as my Head of Security is firing blanks. After Noah sailed on down
the dirt road, I decided to wait until the 7 AM run. This being the
run "the local purveyor of sporting footwear" informed me was a "no go."
As for I did to make myself feel so proud? I went grocery shopping,
washed dishes and clothes (used some oxygen on both), then heeded a
wise man's advice to, "Drink more beer." It was a good day.
Excelsior,

5 days to go
