Wait, Wait!!!!
I have also never tried to nail a gainer from the roof of my house. I
would like to point out, that gentleman was not of a younger
generation either.
And for what it is worth: I got touched by traffic again today.
Folks, please be careful and run defensively. Never
under/overestimate that someone in a vehicle will do the right/legal
thing.
