Subject: Tallahassee results

A good showing in Tallahassee from all the Valdosta runners that I can remember – the results have not been posted on Gulf Winds Track Club web site as of yet – but they are generally pretty good/quick.

Marathon:

Mark Steele – 3:44                     3 minute PR

Alice Smoot – 3:36                    Boston Qualifier  - 1st Grand Master’s – What a wonderful award/trophy!

Mark Naglack – 3:08                  12? Minute PR

John Seppala – 2:46?                Placed 6th OA

Todd Smoot – 2:43:20ish           Placed 5th OA, 2nd Masters

Half Marathon:

Ada Steele & Jean Oliver – I did not catch their times, however both were pleased with their accomplishment.

Thank you,

Todd & Alice Smoot
