Its because the African nations cant hang with the rest of the world, yet. Look
at their records. They have to foul all the time because they are getting out
played and out skilled. The play of their opponents is a little bit quicker and
they have to foul from behind or just foul hard. With the exception of Ghana
every African country is weak and done after the first round. The referres are
averaging about 5 cautions a game thats a f***ing joke but it goes to show they
are booking everyone regardless of what country your from.
