Hey, Gerald !

What are you doing these days ? Would you fill in a little bit about
what your plans are for this year so your fans can know more ? When
are we getting together for more pics ?

Gerald, please keep us posted on your 2008 bodybuilding plans ? You
have been strangely quiet for some months now ?

I was in West Africa -- Ivopry Coast -- this past November.

I spent 10 days in Ivory Coast, and photographed a competition (Mr.
Ivory Coast 2007) and did some outdoor shoots, too. Check out some of
the results in the AfricanBodybuilders group. Easiest way to get
there is to go to Yahoo groups home page and do a search on
AfricanBodybuilders.

Hey Gerald,

May you have much success in being the next Ronnie Coleman. I'm 38 yrs
old and been working out for four years. Do you have any advice on
losing weight, particularly body fat. I'm 215, mostly in the gut. Is
there any chance of bringing my bodyfat down from 28 to 15 percent by
year's end.

Dear Mr Joseph carter. I now understand why the world and people in
it have lost respect, your post simply says "to the guy ion the
pic"Should you have read the title of the group it actually gives
you the name of the younvg man in the picture ie Mr Gerald Williams
So in future please use it or address him as Mr williams.
My second piece of advice to you sir is to do a little bit of
research before you run ib here making assumptions and knowing what
you do about body building which from out ward appearances is zippo
( making assumptions based on very little knowledge i must say
without appearing dissrespectfull seems to me to be a totally
American trait)
Thirdly Joseph Carter Mr Goodman and mer Williams have gone to a lot
of trouble estrablishing this group and questions such as yopur
second one here should not have even been asked.
Gerald williams sexuality should be something that is kept between
himself and his girlfriend.
You sir do yourself littler or no credit by even thinkin g of asking
such a question.
The integfrityy of this group should not be lowered by such
questions.

Yours Sincerely

John

Hello Everyone!! As you all know, the cost for off-season is
extremely expensive. At the moment, I am looking for sponsors until I
compete next May to help offset the cost. Grocery bills, gym fees,
and supplements are becoming expensive, so any help you may offer will
be greatly appreciated. If anyone is interested, you may contact me
via email - geraldwilliams86@.... Thanks.

In a overall resopnce to the qustion i have a beautiful girlfriend,
Nyima, who is also my best friend. Its important to realize that
bodybuilding isnt about how much weight you can lift. I have personal
bests' but you will all have to wait until my fraining tape comes out
for that.

I have no competitve plans for 2006. This year is all offseason. I
will compte again in 2007. I do plan to check out the usa's, teen
nationals, npc nationals, and the olympia this year. Hope to see you
all there.

I am not competing in 2006 i am taking time to put on size. As of now
i am planning to step on stage spring of 2007.

AS far as starting out goes it is important to remain consistent in
whatever you are doing. Make sure you nutrition is in order before
your training program. Beleive it or not the kitchen is where all of
the magic happens. Eat at least one gram of protine pe-pound of
bodyweight a day. Consume quality carbs like oatmeal potatoes and
rice. As far as trainign goes since your focus seems to be
powerlifting train on a every other day split. bench and shrugs(
chest, delts and traps) day, deadlift and chins( back)and lastly squats
( legs). you can incorperate cleans, hanging cleans and press,
standing military press to you routine as well but these are the
fundamentle compound movements. make sure to get plenty of sleep as
well when training hard.

I just want to thank all of you for joining my fan club. I am
extremely busy in Going to school in Atlanta. Between going to
school training and trying to network there just are not enough
hours in the day, sometimes in the week. lol.

I am still searching for good gyms here in Atlanta. The south is
nothing like California for all those wondering. I have checked out
Main Event fitness, Gym of Buckhead, Lee Haneys world class Fitness,
La Fitness of midtown and Austell. Between all of them i would say
that Main Event is the best Gym for me but it is far and seeing how
gas down here is above $3 a gallon i am working out at the Austell
La Fitness as it is the closest.

I still have not taken time out of the gym. I feel real good and
until my body says " rest me" im going to keep plugging away. Im at
a lean 235, still have abs and great vascularity. I think i could
diet down for a small show or a photo shoot in 6 weeks witch is
exactly where i want to be. I hope to reach a lean 260 by April
2006.

Morehouse College is taking interest in my accomplishments and is
going to do a feature in the Maroon Tiger campus press. The
interview is scheduled for Friday oct 7.

I am almost done working out the details with abcbodybuilding.com(
go check this site out its a great resource) and muscle tech. I am
signing contracts with both groups.

Also check on the current issue of flex Magazine to see a mention of
the Teen nationals win in the hard times section. Look for a
training tip from me in the November issue and there will be a
feature article run on me in the December issue.

My apologies to everyone about my web site... i am going to try to
get everything together by the end of the month.

I am still trying to get a cd with all of the photos from my Flex
photo shoot. I have been in contact with the photographer and he
should be getting it to me as soon as he can.

Look for me to appear in Chris Cormiers new training video. It
should be out later this year. He is about a week out and is
looking to do great. If the Ifbb judges are looking for this " new"
tapered package look for Chris to be the next Mr. O.

My training video has been postponed until the spring, i will film
sometime it in march, most likely over spring break and i should be
available for sale by the end of may.

I am planning to attend the 2005 NPC Nationals in Atlanta, this is
going to be a great show. I know a lot of people doing the show and
i will be there to support them.

That is all i have for now... as i said i apologies for being so
absent lately but life has demanded that i focus on other things.
Thank all of you for the support. Feel free to post questions and i
will try to respond to them as promply as i can.

I have been extremely bussy moving back in to school. I just found a
great gym to film my training video at. Look for that towards the end

There is great new protfolio at musclephotos.com featuring Gerald
williams and Bonnie Stuckenschmit, the following is review of the
amazing folio

The Opening photograph is a brilliant head shot of showing a guy and
girl smiling locked in an embrace of sorts.
Both models have beautiful smiles in fact i find Gerald Williams
smile infecctious.
it is obvious that these two people are very enthusiastic about
doing this photo and this shows up through out the whole portfolio.
Their heads are close together Bonnies hair flows down but a [iece
of her hair flows back torest on Gerlads shoulder.
A great sense of fun.
1. Here Gerald is in a typical body building pose, arms akimba
raised so that the fists/hands are pointing in towards his ears.
This is good as it draws attention to his face, ( this is a fairly
nice looking person and iam more than sure that if he ever decided
to take up modeling there would be no end of offers) as well as
forming a diamond shape that leads the eye line around the subject
almost perfectly.
This shape is interupted by Bonnie clasping her arms arounfd his
torso, Both have their faces towards the camera, however there is 1
disturbibg featuring and that is Gerald is displaying his under
garments ( Calivin Kliens) above the waist line of his shorts, more
on this later......
2. Gerald and Bonnie both face the camera. Gerald has a slight lean
to the right hand side.
Bonnies hands rest on Geralds ample shoulders, whilst Geralds hands
clentchede fists rest infront of his groin region.
Again the ubiquitious under clothing appears above the waist line of
his shorts.( It is suspected here that the under clothing is his
posing trunks)
Great smile again and a grand expose of Geralds tordo and calves.
3 Similar to the above photograph, but this time the photo appears
to be cropped at Geralds knees.
The great smile and developed chest and torso are on full display
here.
4-5.
4. The two models are in an embrace, Bonnie has one hand around
Geralds neck the other around his waist.
He in turn has an arm and a massive hand around her waist.
Bonnie has high heels I guess to have her pose enhanced and to reach
as high as geralds neck??
5. similar pose to no 4 exept the sense of fun is enhanced, Geralds
hand on Bonnies hip/waist her hand clasping his forearm.
Geralds head is tilted and the smile and sense of fun is refreshing.
Bonnies head leans toward the camera a great smile here also.
6. the two subjects are again in an embraceBonnies arm in a rather
romantic pose are placed around Geralds head.
his handrests behind but not touching Bonnies hair.
A great shot of Geralds right bicep.
again the ubiquitious under gard makes an appearance.
7. Bonnie has her back to us with her head looking at the camera.
Gerald is face on to us, both arms placed around his partners waist,
her had resdts on Geralds chest, emphasising all the hard work that
gerald has put in to developing his body.
There is a balanced sense of tenderness and fun both photos are
cropped just below the knees.
8. Appears to be a close up version of photo no 7 in this case there
is a disruption to eye line, one's gaze is directed straight to the
silver chaincouched against the flesh colour of Geralds neck/upper
chest.
9. A shot of Gerald and Bonnie cropped to Just below Geralds chest,
buit revealing just enough of the pose to get a great idea of what
the photo is about.
a tad less fun in spirit however a great smile and Gerald would one
day make a great model.
10. A full size version of the opening photo, two great athletes
showing us their bodies. A great photo that lacks formality,
however it displays enough muscle and body to emphasise both
athletes.
11. All fun here featuring the models, showing the usual rabbit
earssign reminiscent of a birthday party or a Christmas party photo.
Bonnie has one arm on Geralds shoulders, Gerald is clasping Bonnies
waist with his free arm/hand.
A great photo of his bicep and well developed fore arm.
again the ubiquitious under gard displays it's self.
( Over here we have laws of indecency that would probably prevent
such a scenario as under clothing being displayed. But tghen again
it may be my age and my up bringing speaking here lol)
This is a very very effective asthetically speaking use of colour.
Black will always bring out the colour red very effective,
especially set against the skin tones.
Now from some sites that i have been to on the internet ie chat
rooms /forums some folk may be more so American folk would find this
portfolio very disturbing. A black man posing rather sensually even
in a voyueristic fashion with a white lady.
but i think not so it is a fun and tender portfolio and is
asthetically well done as i said in another yahoo groups ( of which
i have now withdrawn from) Richard Goodman is a magician/El Brujo
with a camera.
I would like to thank Mr Goodman for these terrific photo's and i
would also like to thank Gerald Williams and Bonnie Stuckenschmit
for their time their bravery in doing this photo shoot
And last but not least the moderator and Yahoogroups for allowing me
to post this review.

Sincerely

John

well i was once told that these body builders were pretty good on the
tooth lol
At what age did Mr Williams begin body building?
How long can body builder last are there many more mature aged body
builders?
And if Mr Williams began body building whilst still in high School
what did his peers thing of having a potential champion body builder
in their midst?
What does Mr williams plan on doing as a career?
