I am not competing in 2006 i am taking time to put on size. As of now
i am planning to step on stage spring of 2007.

AS far as starting out goes it is important to remain consistent in
whatever you are doing. Make sure you nutrition is in order before
your training program. Beleive it or not the kitchen is where all of
the magic happens. Eat at least one gram of protine pe-pound of
bodyweight a day. Consume quality carbs like oatmeal potatoes and
rice. As far as trainign goes since your focus seems to be
powerlifting train on a every other day split. bench and shrugs(
chest, delts and traps) day, deadlift and chins( back)and lastly squats
( legs). you can incorperate cleans, hanging cleans and press,
standing military press to you routine as well but these are the
fundamentle compound movements. make sure to get plenty of sleep as
well when training hard.
