I skated Friday for the first time in about 18 months,
since being told that I could do anything I wanted to,
I just could not fall. Did not fall, did a centered
scratch spin, was asked if I would help somebody since
"you look like you know what you are doing " (if she
only knew). Not brave enough to try anything that
would have caused me to leave the ice, but I did enjoy
it. I did not realize how much pressure a spin can
put on a neck, but I found out, and had a sore neck
for the rest of the day, but think I will try it again
very soon!
