See the following email.  Here's Jason's email: *** Sorry for taking so long to get back to you.  I was not able to find any of his trophies, and none of my family seems to know what happened to them either.  Nor do I know what class he raced.  I can tell you  that he lived in Marietta, GA.  He said he knew the Hardy's (ones that own/ed the Chevy dealership).  He claimed to have raced Richard Petty (I researched this and I guess he dragged for a year or so).  He also said he quit racing because he was in a bad crash.  I don't know the track, but he  said "the preacher's son" wanted to ride, so he was hunkered down in the car holding on to the roll bars.  Evidently, he went off the side of a mountain (this may help you narrow a track??), and the boy was killed.   Other than that, I don't know much more.  I was able to find a pic of his car and attached it.  Any info you may have is greatly appreciated. ****
