Well, first of all, respect to you for responding, despite my less than
flattering description of you. Secondly, I guess I owe you an apology,
so sorry for thinking that you were a troll. However, it did seem like
a bit of a weird request - bmxes generally aren't used for commuting on,
and certainly not distances of 7 miles, or so. However, if that's the
way you want to go, we can certainly offer some advice. Plus, I'm
always a bit sceptical as I've been known to do the odd bit of trolling
myself 8^)
