*** Stop #4 on ABA BMX PRO SERIES- Great Northwest Nationals ***

Pasco, Washington (ABA BMX) -- 03/25/2006
The fourth stop on the ABA Pro Series made it`s way
to Washingston state, Pasco WA. to be exact The Great
Northwest Nationals were a HUGE success to say the least!

Once again there were BIG Pro rider counts, a excellent track
and big, big money on the line, the racing was nothing short of
spectacular. By the end of the weekend, the dust had settled
and we had a few more new winners in Women, Vet, Cruiser,
A and AA classes.

The comments on the track the ABA crew built for the
racing weekend were nothing but positive, and the racing
was fast and furious. Canadian PRO, AARON LEPP,
came down to see what the US had to offer and did his
home country proud by taking the A PRO win on Saturday.

Oregon`s own and Supercross rider Adam Treadwell came
in a close second, and Dusty Armstrong rounded out the
podium with a solis third for Saturady. Sunday`s top honors
went to the Holeshot artist DUSTY ARMSTRONG. This
was Dusty`s first A PRO in over two years. Canadians Scott
Erwood and Aaron Lepp finished off the podium for Sunday.

Women Pro was won by another Canadian, this time it was
two-time, and defending ABA NATIONAL #1 Womens Pro
SAMATHA COOLS taking the win on Saturday and Sunday.

These were Sammy`s first two wins of the 2006 season and
couldn`t have come a better time for the Supercross BMX rider.

This will bring her right back up into the title hunt. Staat`s rider
"AIRBORN" ARIELLE MARTIN countinues in her quest for
an ABA PRO Womens title. Arielle continues to impress by
bringing home the second spot both days as well. Airborn is
currentlt sitting in the two spot in points and has her sites set
at the top. Redline`s Kim Hayashi and ODI/DMC`s Stephanie
Higgins traded the third and final podium spots for the weekend.

Mongoose rider ERIC "BIG DADDY" RUPE showed everyone
that you can never count him out by taking the wins in Vet Pro both
days. Swoop Rupe is on top of the heap once again and is no stranger
to the winning races. Big Daddy is know stranger to winning titles and
will always be a factor come ABA GRANDS time. Answer`s Chris
Hamm has been on a tear this season as well, the long tall Texan scored
a solid second on Saturday. Vendetta`s Eric Dyer made his return back
to the podium on Sunday by taking a second on Sunday. GHP`s "TP"
Todd Parry scored a third on Saturday, with Clayborn`s and past ABA
NATIONAL #1 Am, Zack Roebuck grabbing the last podium spot
on Sunday.

AA PRO is getting crazy! The Great Northwest National was the
fourth round of the ABA PRO Series events, and we have now
had SIX different winners in the class. How’s that for excitement?

Saturday saw GT Bicycles own RANDY STUMPFHAUSER
take the win in AA PRO. This was Stumpdawg`s second AA
win this season. He followed that up with a third on Sunday in
AA as well. “DR” DONNY ROBINSON appears to not only
ride for FORMULA BICYCLES, by may have the formula for
success in 2006, “DR” has been all over the podiums this season
in both AA PRO and Pro Cruiser and is now, get this, leading
both AA PRO and PRO CRUISER points in ABA. That is an
amazing feet to say the least. Only Wade Bootes has won an AA
PRO and PRO Cruiser title in the ABA PRO ranks, could Donny
be the first PRO to win them both in the same year?? If anyone has
the motivation to make that mark in history, it`s "DR". On Saturday
Donny brought home Second place in AA PRO and followed that
up with a win in PRO CRUISER.

Donny brought home the bacon in AA PRO on Sunday making that
his first win in 2006. A third was soon to follow in PRO CRUISER
for Donny as well. Diamond Back`s Nate Berkheimer was impressive
with a second in AA PRO on Sunday and a Pro Open win on Saturday.

Damian Lopez was a solid third in AA PRO on Saturday, but one of
the high lights of this weekend and possibly his PRO career has to be
Sunday.

INTENSE/CHALLENGE rider Trevor Fay rocked the house and
brought home his first ever PRO Cruiser win! Trevor is always a
solid rider and has been close several times. But this weekend it all
came together for him. This marks the third time this season that one
of the “New Breed” PRO’S have made their mark in the PRO ranks.

The ABA Great Northwest Nationals is proof that ABA BMX
Racing is the top PRO BMX SERIES.

The 2006 ABA PRO BMX SERIES is going to be very exciting.

Always check out www.ababmx.com for all the current ABA Pro
Points and much, much more. The next ABA Pro Series Race will
be March 31-April i-2 at ABA`s home event, the Winter Nationals
in Phoenix, Arizona.

Here`s a glance at all the PRO Points
after the Great Northwest nationals.
