Oregon - California BMX -- 03/24/2006
A couple of our Nor Cal riders joined our Oregon riders
and made the trek North to Pasco Washington for the
ABA GREAT NORTHWEST NATIONALS.

Most of our team is Novice and Intermediate riders and
they held their own with the Big Teams in the Trophy
team Division.

The team finished Sat with a respectable score of 100,
only 30 points out of 2nd. On Sunday the team up the
score sheet total to 109.

The team had some great finishes from the young guns on the team.

Josh Young (4years old and racing 5 under I) made his first
main at a national as an Intermediate on Sunday. Good job
Josh, many more to come.

Tyler Critser (5 under I) took home a 2nd on Sat and
a 3rd on Sunday. Luke Sarrage (6I) took home a 3rd
on Saturday and ran into some trouble on Sunday.

His brother Christian Sarrage (7I) rode home with a 5th
Saturday and a 6th Sunday.

Swade Ireland (9N) took home a 3rd on Saturday and
1st on Sunday, great job Swade. Our two (10I) did well,
Christian Robson had a crash in his Semi on Saturday but
came back Sunday with a decent 5th, he also raced 9-10
mixed open both days and made the main.

Allen Lawrimore (10I) took a 4th on Saturday and ran into
some bad luck on Sunday. Colby Hammond (19-27I) did
well with a 5th Saturday and took a 4th Sunday.

Daylan Willams (8X) and Cody Ireland (11X) both raced
well but came up a little short in two of the hardest classes
at and ABA National, they will only get better and be even
better prepared for the next National.

Our Next National will be the U.S. Nationals at one of
our home tracks, Oak Creek BMX in Roseville California
April 21st-23rd. Look for the full team to be in force
wearing the team colors.
