I can tell you from my standpoint as a parent of a player, a scout and a season ticket holder. The Gateway Grizzlies are a class organization. It starts at the top with Rich Sr. and goes right on down through the ticket takers and usherettes. They try to treat everyone with courtesy and respect. My son loved just being there. He was so happy that they gave him the chance to play not just once...but twice. I can't tell you how many times I've seen the organization go over and beyond to try and make things right in all cases.
