Damn it was hot for so early in the morning. Only me and some little tacker watched by his mum. The ferals have been using up their texta pens and paint cans with some very inspiring racial slurs, bashing references (there has been some press reports of some nasty bashings at Sth Tweed park) and fires in the bowl. Its really a shame to see such a great park being turned into a ghetto and the authorities who spent 100s of 1000s of dollars either ignore it or turn the other way.

After a sweep out of all but the burnt firewood I had quite a good skate considering I'd been off board for a quite a few weeks now. Most things came back pretty well, just the legs a bit out of condition.

I'm thinking about trying the Pizzey 2.0 in the morning around 9 - 9.30ish but I'm flexible on the time after that as I have a 7.30am appointment for 30 mins or so.

Thanks for the info Damian.  Tony Gates and I have cleaned the big bowl up many
times and yes, you are right, it can get pretty darn disgusting.  I lodged a
clean up request with council today.  I will keep an eye on what goes on out
there but hopefully it'll be in a state ready for us to session in the not too
distant future.
