This will become a wonderful collection unlike any of the other
sites I have found so far.  I will scan and load the best photos of
the many GLOW Ladies -in beautiful photographs.  Please understand
they are copyrighted property and respect the right of ownership.  If
anyone should desire hard copies, we can make a fair arrangement.
That was not the original intention of this site.

      These treasures have been hide away for far to long, and we have
missed so much of the input of the fans experience from back then.
Though it has been a very long time, hopefully many will still be
willing to share what they remember and enjoy about this very unique
and unusual show.

Hello all,
    I for one have never understood why so many fans think seasons 1
and 2 were so much better than seasons 3 and 4, to me it's no contest!
    I'm the owner of the 2 groups devoted to Vicky Victory, and yes
have posted many "substandard" pics, sorry but as fans we're beggers,
not choosers of the video quality of the shows, and try to make the
best with what we have.
    Vicky's 2 televised matches with Tanya(Is this really you?) rank as
my 1st and 3rd favorite matches!

    Please keep up the good work, even if it makes my work look bad:)

This group is such a great idea!  It's about time that the late
seasons of glow got their due.  The first two seasons were great, but
the fact that such stars like Star, MTV, Roxy Aston, Maj. Tanya, and
Godiva to name a few, gave us a huge reason to keep watching.  Major
Tanya's contribution to GLOW are memorable indeed.  Especially her tag
matches with Ninotchka.  But wait!! TANYA'S responsible for these
photos here?!?  WOW!  Girl where have you been!?  Great quality in
these pics..for real.  I wonder if you have any footage of the pink
Ninotchka vs Star match.  That tag match featuring Tanya and Ninotchka
beating the crap outta the super heroines Thunderbolt and Lightning
would be a great addition here as well.  Keep the good work up!  I'll
holla!!

It's great when stuff like this comes up. Not only do the fans get to
see these great pics, but it's a great honor when they come from the
private collection of one of the ladies themselves. Thanks for the
great work.

And, since you are taking requests... my favs from the 3rd and 4th
seasons were Vicky Victory, Cheyenne Cher, Broadway Rose, and MTV.

This site has two additional categories:  Files and Database.  From
what I've seen on other similar sites, these are available for
members to add material such as video files, or other web compatible
files of material that pertains to the subject of the site.

There have been requests for tapes of matches.  I only wish I had
decent viewable tapes.  Or even action shots of matches that people
at the show may have taken live.  That would be a real special treat!

As amazing as Major Tanya was with her camera... she could not be
demolishing her opponent in the ring and taking photographs of it at
the same time.  She often could not be ringside at all during matches
for obvious reasons, and certainly not with her camera.

This is where you the GLOW enthusiasts can really help contribute to
the fullness of the excitement of this site.  If you were there, at
the live show and took photos, maybe you could share them on this
site too.  Or if you have the even rarer videos of our favorite
shows, matches, sketches, than please share those.

I believe that is what the File and Database areas are equipped to
do.  If the photos are top quality we can always add them to the main
photo gallery and give the photographer due credit.

I can't tell you how happy I was to find this site. I am 29 years old
and G.L.O.W was the first female wrestling show/Video I ever saw. Ever
since that first eyefull I have been hooked. I hope the PICS keep
coming! The PIC of the young Hollywood just kills me. Anyway I had to
thank everyone involved for making this group.

What other names are not yet listed?

Of the names listed, I would go with Roxy Astor, atlhough Vicki is always
tempting...then again, I think Cheyenne Cher has been largely ignored on
these boards.

Wondering if we will see anything of Debbie Debutante or Tara the
Southern Belle? I know they were not on the seasons 3 and 4 roster but
they did at least one show with that troop, and you actually wrestled
Tara!

Again can't say enough about the quality of the pics, especially of my
fav Vicky Victory!

You kinda already hinted that we won't be seeing action pics (at least
from your camera) but can we look forward you sharing to any memorys?
I think alot of fans would love to know things like your favorite
matches, and particular opponents, maybe some tour memorys or other
matches that never aired?

I was looking at the nice group pic on the home page and it struck me
Tulsa was not present!
For kicks popped in a season 3 episode and the rodeo gal wasn't in the
opening rap either, can't believe I only just noticed this!

"Tulsa" joined the GLOW Gals a little later on, just at "Star" did.
That is why they are not in the group photo on the first page.

Several of the Ladies in the Group Photo were also long gone by the
time GLOW wrapped the final shows at the end of season 4.

There were even a few others that came and went.  GLOW Ladies where
mostly like a family, but unfortunately at times it seemed like
revolving doors from month to month... a bit of exaggeration...

That is probably why there are some never aired matches? (Just an
assumption on my part.)

Both Tulsa and Star became GLOW Ladies true and true!

There were a few questions about "Debbie Debutante", "Little
Fiji," "Tara the Southern Belle".  They were all apart of the first
few matches some which may or may not have been taped for
Television.  Also "Sally the Farmers Daughter" -she stayed the
longest of this small group.  Tanya may have only one of two photos
of these Ladies from backstage.

These ladies have all had a great deal of clear photographs and
publicity shots taken of them from the high recognition season 1 and
2 were given.  It was not the intention of this site to give more to
the Ladies that didn't stay and contribute to seasons 3 and 4.  But
if it is voted for -in the poll, the few photos that are available
can be prepared and posted.  We can even include some more of the
photos from the GLOW Magazine's earlier issues.

But, hopefully we can stay on track with recognizing the Ladies that
have not been seen much -and really made seasons 3 and 4 their own
success.

Thanks for the response Tanya. All of the names come right back of course
(except Jailbait?).  I'm going to stick with my initial choices.....bring on
Roxie and Cher.

Probably most people on the board are wondering what happened to their
favorite GLOW girls. Are you in contact with any of them?

Dallas showed up on the Ninotchka thread last month, and responds to
questions as she has time (which isn't often). Its great that you've started
this group and correspond with us.

Personally I whole heartedly agree the group should continue to focus
and pay tribute to the performers from seasons 3 and 4! It's long past
time they were given their due!

I would also vote to see more of these incredible never before seen
pics rather than scans from Glow magazine. It should be noted that
their is a site that has almost all of the color pics from the first 3
issues already scanned, with clarity that almost rivals this group.
Don't know the addy off the top of my head but it's linked in several
of the other yahoo glow groups.

Nice to see Jailbait who is pretty much a mystery to most of us.

I think I remember reading on a message board that Gremlina said a
knee injury forcing her out of Glow early on.

Only saw her wrestle on the widely circulated Loughland house show in
tag action with MTV vs the Super Heros.
The only televised action shot that I've seen of her was her
snapmaring Lightning in an action montage shown on the late Show with
Ross Schaefer.

Tanya is very pleased to have her photographs shared with those
that appreciate the efforts of the Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling to
entertain and represent women as the strong force they truly are in
any community.  She will continue to be actively involved in this
site, but is not the moderator.

      Major Tanya's stories and experiences have been shared in much
detail with this carefully chosen representative, loyal friend and
GLOW enthusiast as well.  This moderator is in contact with Tanya on a
regular basis, and thanks to the World Wide Web, even Tanya's trips to
Russia won't keep her from reading your posts and participating as she
is able.

      To those that misunderstood, our apologies.  But you do actually
still have the ears and eyes of Tanya here at this site.

Very nice pics of Cheyenne Cher, I'd love to see some of her and
Vicky together.
Argueably Glows best tag team during seasons 3 & 4, along with the
Park Ave KO's, Beastie & Daisy, and of course Tanya and Ninotchka
(while they were together that is!) Godiva and Tanya had great
potential as well, to bad they didn't have many matches together on
TV.
It's a shame we didn't get to see the Cheerleaders and the Russians
in a more evenly matched enviorment. Have to give Tanya & Ninotchka
credit though, the ambush worked flawlessly!

My top 10 from Seasons 3 & 4 will actually be 2 top 5's, one for

Much appreciation for the idea of top 10!  Great way to get everyone

I like them all -with Major Tanya at the Top of the list...no
contest.  She wrestled for every win, with her passion and pride as a
Russian! She was even a smart classy Lady too.  Plus she could sing
and dance...remember her Raps? Pretty rockin of a Russian Gal!

Okay I am bias, but I will get back with the rest of my semi-bias
list.  But hey that's what we're here for, to express what we liked,

Instead of an actual Poll as we considered before, just keep sending

There was kind of a tradition in GLOW that girls doubled up and played
more than one character when possible...I was always trying to work
out who Sara and Mabel were, both the season 1 versions and the later
versions...

I notice the Sara and Mabel are strangely absent from the cast
pic...perhaps they had business elsewhere! ;) :D

Who played the later Sara and Mabel?

Just wanted to chime in here and give a major thanks out to the club
moderator and of course our favorite Russian. Major Tanya was an
amazing character and one of the best heels ever in women's wrestling.
She delivered every manuever with so much visceral power and
authority. The pics here also are very much appreciated. Long live
GLOW !!!!

Star as delectable as ever before, always said she was one of the
best...Hollywood terrific...Vicky Victory perfectly perky, heck they
