I know this has zip to do with GLOW, but this more has to do with
women's wrestling. It is, in terms of this group, my sad duty to
announce the sudden passing of Sherri Martel at age 49. She was as a
wrestler a former AWA and WWF champion, but it was as manager of Randy
Savage, Ric Flair and Shawn Michaels, where the Sensational one gained
the most fame or infamy.

And yes I have to say this death was real, unlike the vomit inducing
things I've read about the WWE on many wrestling sites. Matter of
fact I don't want to even talk about it!

Sherri Martel last year was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame with
The Million Dollar Man Ted DiBiase doing the honors.
