It's episode 86 from season 4, and it's been available at Babe's
gorgeosladiesofwrestling.com for awhile now, nice cover art though.

Can't see how it can be called "the best of", to me that would
suggest top notch matches from a variety of shows.
While this is a good episode with a battle royal so you see alot of
the girls, I doubt even a poll of just season 3/4 fans would poll
this as one of the best episodes.

Hopefully this is just the tip of the iceberg in terms of episode
releases!
