National Trails Day - Saturday June 3 - Two Events in Houston
June 3 is "National Trails Day" and REI are sponsoring two events:
REI - Meyer Park - 8am - 2pm Join REI and Cypresswood Trail groupies as they work on the connecting trail between Meyer and Collins Park - this will become a part of the Cypress Creek Greenway and connect to Cypresswood Trail. REI TREE PLANTING - Terry Hershey Park - 7am - 12pm
Working with Harris County Precinct 3 Parks REI are planting trees at Terry Hershey Park. We ask cyclists to go along and offer up your help - show P3 Parks what great guys we are! MTB Skills Clinic @ Terry Hershey Park - (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM). GHORBA Skills Clinic sponsored by Bicycle World and Fitness. Free for members of GHORBA, NWCC and Bayou City Outdoors.
