GHORBA'S Houston Big Ring Challenge October 23rd and 24th brings the return of
the Big Ring Challenge to Houston. The 5th race in the TMBRA BMW X3 Fall Cup
will again be held at Double Lake Recreation Area in Coldspring, Texas. The
race is GHORBA's big fund raising event for the year and also a lot of fun.
Come out and enjoy the cool fall weekend of biking, camping, and camaraderie.

Who can race? EVERYONE!!! there are classes for Beginners through Experts, Men
& Women, even Junior classes. You can purchase a one-day NORBA license
(required) at registration for only $5 , if you don't hold an annual license.
Registration is open Saturday and Sunday. There will be an excellent beginner
race clinic on Saturday afternoon. This is a great opportunity to ask questions
and then pre ride the race course. The race is on Sunday.

BikeSport is also sponsoring a Cyclo Cross Clinic on Saturday afternoon. Bring
your cross bike or do it on your mountain bike.

Who can volunteer?? EVERYONE!!! There will be plenty of opportunities to help
out all weekend. If you are available to help, even if only for a couple of
hours, please let me know. We'll need people on Saturday and Sunday. Just
respond to this email.
