I just wanted to let everyone know that my company, TrialTir-USA has an opening
for an inside sales representative.
The job basically is to take orders from customers and sales reps. Lots of
phone work, lots of PC work (entering purchasing orders) and lots of customer
interaction.
9 to 6 PM, Mo through Fri.
What are we looking for in the applicant?
1- Must be a cyclist. Really must understand all things related to cycling,
from techincal details of bike components (like grouppos, etc.) to clothing,
shoes and helmets. Relating to the customer is important.
2- Must be good with PCs. The ordering system and database is on a network. So
are the documents you need to use. You need to be able to learn quickly the
company system (it's not hard at all). Proficiency in Word, Excel and MS Mail is
a must.
3- Must have good customer and communications skills. Being cheerful and able
to take "crap" from angry customers is a must. But also, being able to push
sales and convince customers to take a product rather than another when not
available in stock is a must. Being able to speak clear, intelligible English is
a must.
Benefits: Salary from mid 20s to mid-high 30s depending on experience.
Additional benefits to be discussed, but possible sponsorship and special
