I wanted to thank the everyone for working their tails off Saturday! Your
efforts were truly appreciated by everyone within GHORBA. We had 22
volunteers, some who put in over 8 hours of tough labor moving three dump
truck loads of dirt by wheel barrow into Cambodia and packing it in to
restore the trail grade in a dip. We also had three volunteers from Lamar
High School's Key Club and several riders who got off their bikes to help
with a load or two. Thanks to the Parks Department for giving us great
soil to work with and 6 wheel barrows to haul it with. Last, but not
least, Chipotle donated 25 burritos to GHORBA for its volunteers.....I
think we might have dropped dead without them, so please stop by the Kirby
location and thank them personally!!!!
