Hi all,
I just wanted to let you all know I am now a licensed Realtor working with Exit Realty Northwest in Marianna, FL. I promise not to spam you or the groups with this non-hashing related business info on an ongoing basis. I'm doing it just this one time because I wanted everyone to know what I'm doing now and I hope if you plan to buy or sell any type of property, anywhere, I can help. Besides, the more money I make, the more Canal Entry & I can spend on traveling to hashes so we can see you all more
often.
If your real estate business needs are in an area outside of my local board, I can still help by referring you to a realtor in your area. Realtors refer to each other all the time and it doesn't affect your bottom line to receive a referral. You benefit from getting a more personal match than you may get from calling someone randomly off an ad or the yellow pages.
If you already work in the Real Estate field, let me know. If someone I'm working
with happens to have a need in your area, I would much rather send them to one of my hashing friends than elsewhere.
Also, most of you know that until a couple of years ago I worked as a Social Worker. I am open to any marketing ideas you may have for me, so please don't hesitate to send me info on related businesses on which we might interface. Even though I'm just getting into this business, I have a lot of successful experience backing me up in that the Brokers here each have over 15 and 20 years in the business. They work closely with me in anything I do.
