John - I wear one that was made by "VisMat" - I just googled and could not find them on the web.  (I bought mine at the Michigan National 24-Hr Challenge a few years back.)  I shall take a peek at it again when I get home from work today to see if there is a company name there.  Bob & Kathy Dollar liked it so much that they ordered the same vest for themselves a handful of years ago.  It is a construction worker's vest, which works perfectly for me, because in my former career I was the construction worker in the Village People.  But I don't like to talk about it.

 

I will ask my randonneur friends for recommendations as well.

 

What I especially like about my vest is that is does not "ride up" my back, which would only be of use to planes flying overhead.
