This is a reminder that 2009 FJI/USA Judo Club Registrations expire on December
31, 2009.

Please send all completed 2010 FJI/USA Judo Club Registration applications along
with 2 checks (1 check to USA Judo for $50 and 1 check to FJI for $10) sent to

REMINDERS:  Must have at least 5 USA Judo registered members under the club that
is being registered.  One (1) of them must be the person listed "Certified
Coach"/"Certified Teacher" as the Instructor/Coach of record.  This individual
must have undergone or must undergo a background screening (done through USA
Judo, USJA, or USJF).  All background checks are valid for 4 years.


NOTE: I have currently received the 2010 FJI/USA Judo applications and checks
for the following clubs (as of November 19, 2009):
1) Judo Ryu Jacksonville (Sensei: John Fiege)
2) Pereira Judo Club (Sensei: Carlos Pereira)

Awards:
Individual division medals will be presented to the 1st, 2nd and two 3rd place
winners. A Judo Gi will be provided for all 1st Place winners, being provided by
Judo Unlimited.

Team Trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place winners of Novice and Advanced

Special Award - Commemorative RENE CAPO Trophy - Best Sportsmanship Spirit.

Blue Gi's not required, a white or blue belt will be provided at the Tournament.
