Florida Judo, Inc. Semi-Annual Meeting to be held on February 25, 2006
This is an election meeting
Location: in the conference room - room 101 - of the Orlando Downtown Recreation Complex, 649 W. Livingston Street, Orlando, FL (Next to the TD Waterhouse Centre). This is also the venue for the FJI State Championship on Feb 26th. See mapquest directions below. Call the Interim FJI

The Executive committee will meet at 12:00
The Credentials committee will meet at 12:30 to seat delegates for the Board of Directors meeting
The Board of Directors meeting will begin at 1:30 for properly seated delegates
Weigh-ins for the FJI State Championship will be here from 5 pm to 9 pm
All USA Judo registered clubs for 2006 must apply for FJI club membership and be approved by the Credentials committee to have delegates seated at this meeting. If you haven't already paid the Annual club fee, the FJI fee for 2006 is $10. FJI bylaws state that clubs must be registered/chartered 30 days prior to the meeting to have delegates. That means any application for USA Judo club membership must have been postmarked by Jan 25, 2006. To seat a delegate at this meeting, please bring proof of USA Judo club registration with the proper postmark date if you do not appear on the following list of registered clubs obtained from the USA Judo office on January 25, 2006:

At the FJI Special Meeting held on January 21, 2006 in Clermont, new bylaws were adopted. These will be available to all clubs at the Election meeting. The following interim officers were appointed by the 2 remaining members of the Executive Committee, Dale Thompson (Central Region VP) and Jack Williams (Southern Region VP):
