For the mutual benefit of all people involved with
Florida Judo Inc, we would like to invite you to a
special meeting of FJI on January 21st at 1 pm in
Clermont, Florida at Central Florida Judo & Jujitsu
(with the FJI Awards Ceremony to start at 4 pm).

The sole purpose of this special meeting is to bring
the FJI bylaws into compliance with the USA Judo
bylaws so we can send them in to Sherrie Phillips
before February 16, 2006. We need to send in the
bylaws by that date so we can have delegates at the
next national meeting in April. The bylaws we
currently are using do not meet the criteria set
forth by USA Judo and need to be revised immediately.

We all agree to ask everyone attending the meeting to
agree to having one vote per registered club which is
more in compliance with the USA Judo Bylaws. This will
be the first order of business at the special meeting,
determining who gets to vote at the meeting. Once we
get that issue solved, we can move forward
into a discussion of the bylaws and the necessary
changes.

From Miami area:
Take I-95 North to the Turnpike. Drive on the Turnpike
North until SR 50 exit 272 WEST towards Clermont.
Drive on SR50 for about 5 miles and turn RIGHT onto
Citrus Tower Blvd. Turn RIGHT onto Hatteras Blvd.


From Tallahassee:
Take I-10 to I-75 SOUTH. Merge onto Florida Turnpike
South. Merge onto US 27 South/FL 25 South at exit 289.
Turn left onto Citrus Tower Blvd. Turn Left onto
Hatteras Blvd.
