"Special" FJI Meeting Announcement
A special business meeting of Florida Judo Inc. will be held on January 28,
2006.
WHEN: 11 am
WHY: FJI is in disarray and we need to take action now. The USA Judo
National office has declared that FJI doesn't generally exist and has taken over
the functioning of the business. The only duly elected officers left as of
today are Jack Williams and Dale Thompson and no one else is legally able to
make any decisions on behalf of FJI or it's members. Some things we will do at
this meeting include:
· Elect temporary officers
· Revise and vote for new bylaws
· Review the records of the corporation
· Determine the date of the March 2006 election meeting
HOW: Each USA Judo 2006 registered club will hold one vote. NO
EXCEPTIONS. Proof of club registration must be provided at the meeting.

From Miami area:
Take I-95 North to the Turnpike. Drive on the Turnpike
North until SR 50 exit 272 WEST towards Clermont. Drive on SR50 for about 5
miles and turn RIGHT onto Citrus Tower Blvd. Turn RIGHT onto Hatteras Blvd.
From Tallahassee:
Take I-10 to I-75 SOUTH. Merge onto Florida Turnpike South.
Merge onto US 27 South/FL 25 South at exit 289. Turn left onto Citrus Tower
Blvd. Turn Left onto Hatteras Blvd.
Please review the included bylaws (IF your account is setup for Individual
e-mail, if it is not just request from David or Alicia for the attachment). We
need to revise them quickly to meet the deadline set by USA Judo. Some changes
include new conflict resolution guidelines and new voting guidelines. Anyone
who wants to be an officer in FJI must be a registered member of USA Judo in
good standing.
