IJF Rules Modified
* under 13 years of age, No Shime Waza (choking
techniques)
* under 17 years of age, No Kansetsu Waza (arm-locking
techniques)
* Pre-2003 Medical Rules Apply
* No Blue gi required, but white gi required,
no 2 blue gis on the mat, No mixing blue gi top and
white gi bottom or white gi top and blue gi bottom.

Modified Double Elimination for 5 or more in a
division and Round Robin for 4 or less in a division


Match Times:
Seniors 5 minutes, all others 3 minutes


Coaches:
Max 1 per mat per club, 2 maximum per club
