I will be out of town for this event. I will be at the Jita Kyoei Cup in Lima,
Peru.
All Central Florida clubs please give your support to the University.
We need to have more tournament in our area and they have the space to host
tournaments.

Hi Mr. Ellis,
If you could mass email all the people on your list with the following info
that would be really helpful.
The Kevin Book Invitational will be held this weekend, October 4. The flyer
for the event can be found on our website, _http://www.ufjudo.htt_
(http://www.ufjudo.com/) . Entry fee is $45 and there will be a family
discount that
will bring the cost down to $40 per family member. Every competitor will
receive a free tournament t-shirt.
Registration times are from 8 AM-10 AM for juniors and from 8 AM-12 PM for
seniors and masters and there will be no early registration. These times may
be subject to change and for the most accurate times check our website on the
events page. There is a waiver that needs to be filled out. You can either do
this at the tournament, or it can be done off of our website.
There is a different waiver for competitors under the age of 18 that can be
found on the same page and must be signed by the competitor's parents or
legal guardian. If a parent or guardian is not present at the tournament to
sign
it, then it must be filled out prior to the event so that it can be turned in
on site. The waiver can be found on the events page of our website,
_http://www.ufjudo.http_ (http://www.ufjudo.com./) The map to the location of
the
tournament is also on the events page. The Kevin Book is our oldest tournament
and a tradition of the club for a long time. We look forward to seeing
everyone there. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
Sincerely,
Kyle Ditzian, UF Judo President
