This is a friendly reminder that all club registration paperwork and payments
for USJI/FJI is to go through me as the FJI Registration Chairperson as stated
on the Club Application.
Instructions
3. Submit your completed application first to your Group "B" Organization (which
in our case is FJI)
a. Include a check made payable to USA Judo for $25.00
b. If your state has a club fee include a separate check made payable to your
state organization for the appropriate amount. (Which in our case is $10 made
out to FJI)
I have recently received a few with a copy of the 1st page of the application
and just the FJI fee portion. This causes a delay in processing till we (me and
the USA Judo National Office) find out if all the payments and paperwork has
been received.
The clubs that I have seen completed paperwork as of today's mail:

3) Samurai Judo & Jujitsu (Dave Parritt)
4) Summerlin Judo (Brain Germain)
5) T-N-T Judo and Dance Academy (Scott Ferry)
