Hey Champs,

It still feels like a dream, we did it! The first to team to win the
CEAFL cup "back2back". The dream in some regards could also be a bad
one, taking into condideration all the bad luck getting there and
back :). But all the crap, pain, cuts and bruises involved can't take
away our cup. As Jani.S put it, "The Lion is on our jumpers and in our
hearts". As are the memories and the experience of playing along side
of a team of champions. And Dave, we certainly hit the Croatians
hard ;)

Most important is that we brought it together as a team and enjoyed
our footy. We had a nervous start as we did last year, any trace of
nerves could not be seen in our second game which was an awesome
performance in any one's book. Well played to everyone ;) There where
so many good performances out there that is is hard to single out
individuals. So I thank you all.

We will try to arrange the party for Saturday night. All suggestions
are welcome, we must finalize the venue asap.

England has agreed to come and play us on 11th August. I was emailed
today by Riku Auvanen as there is some confusion at Pohjola stadium
with the new owners who wish to resurface the ground. I will hopefully
find out more this week.
