We have received a couple "non-rally" messages through the mailing list.  A few months ago, at the request of some members, we had opened up the posting ability to any member, but now we have gotten a few annoying emails and no one has posted a rally specific email.  So, in the interest of limiting the offending traffic, and keeping this group useful to members, the posting option has been changed to moderated.  If there are more emails that sneak through, the list will then be returned to a moderator only posting.
