What's a Roundtable? It's a conference of SCCA members from a
particular division, meeting annually to discuss items of common
interest. In our case, the division is Northeast (or NEDiv, or
NESCCA) and this year Finger Lakes Region (FLR) is hosting the event.

Dates: March 18-20, 2005
Location: The Lodge at Woodcliff, Bushnell's Basin, NY (that's just
East of Rochester, very near the Rochester exit of the NYS Thruway).

Why would you want to attend:

There will be a full schedule of rally activities planned, plus some
social events, and celebration of Finger Lakes Region's 50th
Anniversary.

Friday evening 6:30 PM ~ 7:30 / 8:00
Road Rally and Rallycross Safety Steward Training, conducted by Ted
Goddard, 2004 NEDiv Rallycross Steward and NER Rally guru. There is
no charge to attend only the training session. Only SCCA members may
become licensed stewards.

There is also a reception from 7 - 10 pm

Care & Feeding of Volunteers - How to get them and keep them

Elements of a Successful TSD Rally Program - including competetive
tips from a National Rally champion, and use of Excel in setting up
and scoring Rally and Rallycross events. No one does scoring as well
as FLR; see how it's done

Rally & Ham Radio - How amateur radio can enhance your rally events,
what you need to succeed.

Town Hall - what's up with the changes in Rally programs in SCCA.
Hear from Ted Goddard, 2005 NEDiv Steward for the new Circuit Rally
(etc) programs; Pego Mack, National Road Rally Board; Scott Beliveau,
2005 NEDiv Rallycross Steward. Also, what's happening with STPR for
2005 from committee members in the know.

Cocktail party and a dinner after the meetings, followed by
entertainment by The Deceivers.

Sunday there is a town meeting with the Northeast Division Directors.

Registration information is in Top End if you are a region member, or
on the region website www.flr-scca.com. Non-members are very welcome.

You can attend a single seminar for $15 or the full day for $50. Add
in lunch, dinner, and parties for a weekend package fee of $100.

Registration deadline is March 12. Hotel reservation deadline is
February 25 with a terrific room rate of $89 at the Lodge at
Woodcliff.

This is an opportunity to improve your skills, meet fellow
competitors, and share information with other regions.
